REPAIRS:
Send sandals directly to the factory, include a detailed description of what you want repaired, include name, return address and phone number along with your size. If this information is not included in your shoe box it will hold up the process.

CUSTOM SANDALS:
Our sandals are all hand-crafted, one pair at a time, not mass produced. Please know your size before ordering, once you have placed your order, they can not be changed, cancelled or returned.

PRODUCTION TIMES:
Normal production time can be from 2 to 6 weeks depending on time of year
Nationwide Annual sales (May 1st and Sept 1st)) can be up to 15 weeks in production.

EXCHANGES (within one week of receipt:)
All exchanges are for store credit only. We do not refund money.
Sandal styles with custom sizing, monograms, higher heels etc. may not be exchanged.
Sandals styles with straight sizing and standard heels may be exchanged with receipt as long as there are no signs of wear.

PAYMENT:
Sandals are custom made to your specifications, therefore payment in full is expected before the sandal is put into production.

Our sandals are hand-crafted from top to bottom, beginning to end by skilled cobblers in South Florida, USA!

ARE SBS COMFORTABLE?
Made of 100% leather bottoms, a support shank between the soles and soft, supple kid-skin tops, they are truly amazing sandals. Like a baseball glove or your favorite pair of jeans, the more you wear them the better they get.

WHAT IF I’M NOT A “B” WIDTH?
Our sandals can be customized to help fit your foot. However, it is important to note,the footbed will remain a “B” width, but we can adjust the top strap to help accommodate your needs. We are not a “custom fitted sandal”, we custom size to help suit your needs. (example: for a narrow foot you can order: 7 bottoms with a 6 top, for a wide foot, 7 bottoms with an 8 top).

CAN I CLEAN MY SANDALS?
For leather sandals: Use a quality leather cleaner and follow instructions on that product
For cloth or ribbon sandals: Warm water, a small amount of Wool-lite and with a soft brush, clean gently.
 
DO YOU STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT?
Absolutely. If you have a problem with your sandals due to a manufacturer's defect, send them directly to the factory with a copy of your receipt, or if that is not available the name of the location where your sandals were purchased and approx. date of purchase along with a detailed description of the problem, include your name, return address and phone number.
