Family Business: A family tradition beginning with Stephen's parents Benny and Eva Bonanno.
Sandal Designer:  Stephen Bonanno oversees production at the factory in West Stuart.
Stephen Bonanno Sandal Stores: We have two locations; One in West Stuart in front of the SBS Factory, Second in W Palm Beach at the corner of Olive Ave and Belvedere Rd.  For contact numbers see FAQs under the FYI tab.
Leather Quality: We use the same quality leathers today, that we used to make Jacqueline Kennedy's sandals in the 1960s, and Oprah Winfrey's sandals in the early 2000s. Nothing has changed. Our sandals are still made of 100% leather.
Patterns and Dies: All dies and patterns are designed by Stephen Bonanno and replaced regularly after heavy use.
The Factory: We moved the SBS sandal making factory to West Stuart, Fl in 2008. We are no longer at the old W Palm Beach factory location.
The SBS Brand: We stand behind the “Stephen Bonanno” brand name. Any other version short of the designers full name "Stephen Bonanno" stamped on the in-sole of the sandal is not the family sandal and therefore we do not stand behind it. However, we do have a repair dept on site to take care of your needs. 
The Original Family Sandal: To avoid confusion in the marketplace where so many brands look like ours, we stamp our soles with the SBS “seal of authenticity.” 
The Fit: Our ladies sandals are a true B (medium) width.
Custom: We offer customizing in sizes, colors, monograms and sole types. Once your order has been placed it can not be cancelled, changed or returned.
On-line orders: This offer is only valid via the SBS online retail store. Shoes, Handbags or Sandals (with the exception of exotic skins) with no special sizing or monograms can be “exchanged” with original receipt, no later than one week after receiving product, as long as there are no signs of scratches on the sole, stretching, wrinkles or wear of any kind. Credit due will be placed on a SBS Gift Card. You must make arrangements with Vivian before the exchange is accepted. 772-260-3525.
Display Colors: Please be aware some computer monitors display color differently. The color you see is a representation. 
Christmas Orders: All orders placed by December 5th will be shipped and received in time for the holiday.
Credit Cards: We accept most major credit cards. Orders are charged the same day they are placed with us. 
Annual Sales: We have two annual nationwide sales. Dates are posted via the Newsletter with Sole. Sign up today!
Newsletter with Sole: Be sure to sign up for the newsletter (located under the FYI tab) to stay posted on sale dates. Subscribers receive exclusive promotions.
Production: Normal Production time in our SBS stores and on SBS website is 3 to 6 weeks.
Sale Production Times: Due to volume, all orders placed during our annual sales can be up to 15 weeks.

Don't forget to include your first name, city and state you are from. To be posted on our SBS blog any shape or size will be fine.
