Production Times: Each pair is hand made specifically for you. Please allow up to 8 weeks. NOTE: During Annual Sales or Special Promotions allow up to 15 weeks in production.
Heel: Standard 3/8" heel
Heel Pad: Flat heel pad
Size: Women’s sizes run 5 through 15 (half sizes up to 10.5).
Custom Sizing: Our sandals are a true "B" width, but since we make them, we can customize the size for that hard to fit foot. The “top strap” can be customized, if you need it, up to one full size up or down to fit a wide or narrow foot, the footbed will remain a “B” width.
Colors: There is an array of “custom” color combinations. If you just don't know what to choose, the “go to” 26 Core Colors are your best bet.

Custom orders: We offer customizing in sizes, colors, monograms and sole types. Once your order has been placed it can not be cancelled, changed or returned.
Credit Cards: Orders are charged the same day they are placed with us.
Annual Sales: We have two annual nationwide sales which are posted via the Newsletter with Sole.

Production: Normal Production time is up to 8 weeks. During annual sales, up to 15 weeks.
