Production Times: Each pair is hand made specifically for you. Please allow 3 to 6 weeks
Heel: Standard 3/8" heel
Heel Pad: Design pattern stamped inside
Size: Women’s sizes run 5 through 15 (half sizes up to 10.5).
Custom Sizing: Our sandals are a true "B" width, but since we make them, we can customize the size for that hard to fit foot. The “top strap” can be customized, if you need it, up to one full size up or down to fit a wide or narrow foot, the footbed will remain a “B” width.
Colors: There is an array of “custom” color combinations. If you just don't know what to choose, the “go to” 26 Core Colors are your best bet.

Family Business: A family tradition beginning with Stephen's parents Benny and Eva Bonanno.
The Factory: We moved the SBS factory to Stuart, Fl in 2008. We are no longer at the old W Palm Beach factory location.
Custom orders: We offer customizing in sizes, colors, monograms and sole types. Once your order has been placed it can not be cancelled, changed or returned.
On-line orders via website: Shoes, Handbags or Sandals (with the exception of exotic skins) with no custom sizing/monograms can be “exchanged” with original receipt, within one week after receiving product, as long as there are no signs of scratches, stretching, wrinkles or wear of any kind. Credit will be placed on SBS Gift Card. Call Vivian about exchange. 772-260-3525.
Credit Cards: Orders are charged the same day they are placed with us.
Annual Sales: We have two annual nationwide sales which are posted via the Newsletter with Sole.
Newsletter with Sole: Be sure to sign up for the newsletter (located under the FYI tab). Subscribers receive exclusive promotions.
Production: Normal Production time is 3 to 6 weeks. During annual sales, up to 15 weeks.
